After the first weekend of Regionals it is clear that the most popular deck of choice is Ghost Husk, utilising cards from the Orzhov Guild, plus Promise of Brunei and Nantuko Husk, which make for a deadly combination. Ghost Husk has taken over in popularity from Ghost Dad (the W/B Tallowisp deck) recently after Ghost Husk's success in the Team PTQ season.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the deck here is a list

Initial Reactions - Regionals

4 Dark Confident
4 Nantuko Husk
4 Plagued Rusalka
4 Isamaru

Osyp Lebedowicz 1st Place Pennsylvania
Sideboard (15)
Sorceries (3)
3 Castigate
Artifact (3)
3 Pithing Needle

Common consensus is that Jitte goes in the main deck to replace Pithing Needle and the Needle goes in the board. The reason this list didn't play Jitte is because it is from a team standard PTQ and the Jittes were in a different deck. Whatever version you face, Shining Shoal and Mindslicer are very likely to make an appearance either main deck or board, so be prepared!

Inital indications from Southampton and Birmingham suggest Ghost Husk comprises 30% of the field (atleast) so if you are going to regionals you will need to consider this deck. If you are playing it then I would suggest playing more than a few mirror matches!

There is also a fair amount of blue based control and a Wafo-Tapa Style list won the Regional heat at Birmingham, here's a list:-

Now this is my type of deck, lots of depressing counters and five win conditions, shame there's no Wrath of God, but you can't have everything! The only card I would really like to have in the board which isn't there is Timestop as I can see a lot of people playing Demonfire to improve their control matches.
What could be more depressing than ending your opponent's turn when there is lethal damage on the stack!
